  • Astrological Data: Date of birth, exact time of birth, and place of birth.
    Note: We use this specific data solely to calculate your astrological charts and provide the App’s core functionality.
  • Profile Data: Username and profile picture (Avatar).

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Device & Usage Data: IP address, device type, operating system (iOS/Android), and usage patterns (via Supabase or Vercel Analytics).
  • Location Data: We use Google Places API to help you select your place of birth, but we do not track your real-time precise geolocation for tracking purposes.

C. Payment Information

We do not collect or store your credit card or banking details. All subscriptions and payments are processed by Apple (via the App Store). We only receive a confirmation that a transaction was completed and the status of your subscription.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use your Personal Data for the following purposes:

  1. To Provide the Service: Using your birth date, time, and location to generate astrological charts and insights.
  2. Account Management: To manage your registration, login authentication, and profile.
  3. Communication: To send you service updates, security alerts, or support messages (via email/in-app).
  4. Analytics & Improvement: To understand how users interact with our App and Website (via Supabase and Vercel Analytics) to improve performance.
  5. Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

4. SHARING OF DATA

We do not sell your personal data. We disclose data only to the following service providers who assist in operating our App:

  • Supabase (hosted on AWS): For backend database, authentication, and hosting.
  • Vercel: For website hosting and analytics.
  • Apple (App Store): For processing subscription payments.
  • Google (Places API): To assist with location entry for birth details.
  • Resend (via Supabase): For delivering system emails (e.g., password resets).

We may also disclose information if required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or legal process.

5. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

We are based in the United Kingdom. However, our service providers (e.g., Supabase, AWS) may process and store data in the United States or other jurisdictions. By using the App, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to countries with different data protection laws than your country of residence. We rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where appropriate to protect your data during these transfers.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain your Personal Data for as long as your account is active.

  • Account Data: Retained until you request deletion or delete your account via the App.
  • Usage Logs: Retained for a limited period for analytics and security auditing.
