1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. ASTROLOGY DISCLAIMER (ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES)

The content provided by AXIS is for entertainment purposes only.

Astrology is not a proven science. The insights, charts, and content provided by the App should not be treated as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or psychological). You should not rely on the App to make serious life decisions. The Company is not liable for any actions you take based on information provided in the App.

3. ACCOUNTS

To use the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information (including your birth details). You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

A. Paid Subscriptions

AXIS offers a paid monthly subscription ("Premium Service"). By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees indicated at the time of purchase.

B. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial (e.g., 7 days) for the subscription. You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expires. If you do not cancel, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription.

C. Apple In-App Purchases

Payments are processed via the Apple App Store.

• Billing: Your payment method associated with your Apple ID will be charged upon confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings. The Company cannot cancel your subscription for you.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled solely by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. The Company cannot issue refunds directly.

5. USER CONTENT

You may upload an avatar/profile picture ("User Content").

• You retain ownership of your User Content.
• By uploading, you grant us a license to display this content within the App.
• You represent that your content is not offensive, illegal, or infringing on others' rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

6. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the App.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person via the App.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AXIS ASTROLOGY LTD.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AXIS ASTROLOGY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the App. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. CHANGES

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice on our Website prior to any new terms taking effect.
